Building a team is hard work. But it’s necessary work for gaining far-reaching success. A big part of building a team, however, is finding the right mix of people.
People who can compliment your skillset. Are you funny find someone who laughs at your jokes? Have the gift of gab? Find an audio engineer to improve how you sound.
So ultimately, you have to figure out what you bring to the table and then bring on team members to compliment your expertise.
