All week we’ve been discussing the importance of building endurance. At the end of the day, you have to be able to endure through the low times of your podcast.
A co-host that isn’t working as hard as you are, a 1 or 2 star review, low download numbers, busy work schedule keeping you from giving more attention to your podcast, etc.
But unless you can build some resiliency, you’ll never reach the true goal of your podcast.
